Over the course of the year, HYT offers many classes for Grades 1-12 as well as our ever popular summer camps! Please use the links below to register for any of the following classes or camps.
In this one-hour class, children will embark on a journey of imagination and creativity through fun and interactive storytelling activities. Using simple games, songs, and role-play, young learners will explore emotions, movement, and sound, all while building their confidence and social skills. This class encourages self-expression and helps children develop important skills like listening, taking turns, and working together. Through imaginative play, preschoolers will discover the joy of pretend, fostering both their creativity and their love for performance in a safe, nurturing environment. Class runs from Tuesday, February 11 - March 18, 2025, 5-6 PM. Cost: $150.00
In this 60-minute class, students will dive into the world of imagination, storytelling, and creative performance. Through engaging activities like improvisation, character exploration, and scene work, children will build confidence, enhance their communication skills, and learn how to express themselves in new and exciting ways. As they collaborate with their peers, students will develop teamwork, problem-solving, and listening skills, all while having fun on stage. Whether creating their own characters or bringing classic stories to life, this class is designed to inspire young actors and cultivate a love for the arts in a dynamic, supportive environment.
